Creating Trainees

Available for user levels:

  • Account Adminstrator
  • Manager

To add a new Trainee to your system:

  1. Click the New Trainee button
  2. Enter their Name and Department
  3. Click Save
  4. Select which Roles they have, they can be assigned as many Roles as required
  5. Click Save

They will now be created in the system and their training requirement will be identified based on their Roles.
